" It was a challenge to plan and execute the scheme for recruitment of more than 7,000 posts in which more than 12 lakh candidates were the applicants. Smooth, transparent and candidates' friendly exercise of Physical Efficiency Test at various stadiums of 5 Divisions of ECR. All activities including registration and 400 meter run was video recorded so as to ensure transparency and fairness of exercise. Conduct of written examination in 8 phases at more than 13 cities and more than 400 examination centres was planned and executed smoothly. This was a satisfying experience for me and my team of officers and staff. "
